ITA​

Euro Medium Term Notes Programme (EMTN) with which it secured the possibility of issuing bonds on the capital market reserved to international institutional investors for a total of €3 billion.

The bonds issued under the EMTN Programme, in the form of public issues or private placements, whether senior or subordinated, will have a minimum nominal unit denomination of €100,000 and will be admitted to listing on the market managed by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange​.
